Fine Art

Art is exciting to people. Through my many years of making art, I noticed that people are always fascinated, to some degree, to what I’m doing. For me, it’s not so much what I’m doing as it is WHY I’m doing it. I find that as an artist, my goal is to communicate the best way I can, excitement from people who will see what I’m doing. I look for that initial reaction–something that exists in the face of the viewer. It is something that is in that split-second that a person looks at the work that tells me that my drawing strategy worked–or didn’t work.
